7.1 General Delivery Terms
- Our standard deliveries are always scheduled as *anytime between 09:00–18:00.*
- If you require delivery within a specific time slot (AM, PM, Pre-10, Booked Window, etc.), this must be arranged in advance and will incur an *additional charge.*
- Without a booked time slot, deliveries are anytime (09:00–18:00). If the driver arrives outside your business hours and no one is available, a re-delivery charge + time-slot fee will apply.
- While carriers may have previously aligned deliveries with your business hours, this is not guaranteed unless a time-booked service is purchased.
7.2 Delivery Terms:
- Kerbside delivery only. Drivers are not insured or permitted to move pallets into shops, homes, driveways, or warehouses.
- Please ensure we have your full address details (street name, unit/house number).
- If delivery is to a loading bay, moving pallets from the bay to your location is your responsibility.
- If a forklift is required but unavailable, you must notify us in advance to arrange alternatives.
- Parking restrictions (e.g., yellow/red lines): Any fines incurred by the driver will be passed to the customer.
7.3 Timing & Charges:
- Delivery ETA is not guaranteed; drivers may arrive earlier, later, or anytime within the *09:00–18:00* window.
- Re-delivery charges apply for failed delivery attempts.
- Rescheduling deliveries must be arranged via the consignor (sender). Attempting to reschedule directly with the depot or driver will still incur a re-delivery fee.
8. On Delivery
- Once your pallet arrives, you have 15 minutes to inspect before signing.
- If any damage is noticed, please sign as “Arrived Damaged”.
